Principle of action:

The DNA tube additive consists of an EDTA anticoagulant and a special protectant. Anticoagulants prevent blood samples from clotting. The protective agent not only prevents the degradation of free DNA and prevents the blood nucleated cells from rupturing to produce gDNA contamination, but also effectively maintains the stability of blood components without cross-linking reactions.
